Iron Maiden’s second album and the last with vocalist Paul Di’Anno — Killers is rawer and more aggressive than the debut, with Martin Birch producing for the first time (he would go on to produce every Maiden album through Fear Of The Dark). Recorded at Battery Studios, London; mastered at Capitol Mastering; lacquer cut by Jay Maynard; pressed at Capitol Jacksonville. Eleven tracks including Wrathchild, Murders In The Rue Morgue, Killers, Purgatory, the instrumental opener The Ides Of March, and the 6-minute Prodigal Son. Derek Riggs cover illustration; Harvest logo on labels and back cover. VG+/NM — an excellent condition copy of a key early Maiden record.
