Canadian CBS Records Canada pressing — lacquer cut and pressed at the Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Don Mills, Ontario; sleeve printed by Shorewood Packaging Corp. of Canada. Recorded live and remixed at Scorpio Sound Studios, London, England (a Fiberchem International Production). This 1976 live album captures Jeff Beck at the peak of his jazz-rock fusion period, performing with Jan Hammer’s group in a stage configuration designed to replicate the spatial stereo image: guitar positioned centre-right, keyboards centre-left, violin right, drums and bass centre. Jan Hammer (Moog, Oberheim, Freeman synthesizers, electric piano, timbales, producer, lead vocals); Fernando Saunders (bass, rhythm guitar, harmony vocals); Tony Smith (drums, lead vocals); Steven Kindler (violin, rhythm guitar, string synthesizer). Recorded and remixed by Dennis Weinreich and Jan Hammer; executive producer Tom Werman; cover design by John Berg. Seven tracks including Freeway Jam, She’s A Woman, Full Moon Boogie, Scatterbrain, and Blue Wind. Vinyl Mint; sleeve VG+ with a small amount of wear.
