PiL's sixth studio album and one of their most accessible — Happy? finds John Lydon working with a significantly expanded lineup: John McGeoch on guitar, Lu Edmonds, Bruce Smith on drums, and Allan Dias on bass, produced by Gary Langan and PiL. The result is a polished but still abrasive post-punk record with a broader sonic palette than the earlier albums. Eight tracks including Seattle, Rules And Regulations, The Body, Angry, and the 7-minute closer Fat Chance Hotel. Lacquer cut at Precision Lacquer; pressed by Specialty Records Corporation (SRC). Note: Gary Langan is miscredited as "Gary Langen" on the labels but correctly listed on the inner sleeve. NM/NM — an exceptionally clean copy.
