The compilation draws from recordings produced across five different production teams — Shel Talmy (the early Decca singles), Kit Lambert (the peak Tommy and Live at Leeds era), Glyn Johns, Bill Szymczyk, and Jon Astley — giving the set genuine breadth across The Who’s sonic evolution. Mastered at Artisan Sound Recorders by Greg Fulginiti. Liner notes by Richard Barnes, the Who’s authorized biographer. Canadian Columbia House pressing; blue center label with rainbow design; English and French text on label rim (standard Canadian club pressing identification). Gatefold sleeve.
